Applications

TF Series couplings with their threaded union locking system is designed for extreme high pressure mainly for building and construction applications such as Agricultural and mobile equipment, Rock hammers, Forestry equipment, Snow groomers etc.

Features

■ Heavy duty design as standard. Machined from high grade carbon steel for durability. Hardening treatment for specific stressed area.
■ The KIS-TF Series employs a threaded nipple locking mechanism as coupling halves, mates with matching male threads on the sleeve.
■ O-ring and PTFE back-up ring for high pressure application.
■ Poppet style valving with double shut-off. Captive poppet seal provides a durable, guaranteed leak-free seal.
■ The valve provides a metal-to-metal seal between the ball and a cone seat.
■ Rated working pressure of 40 Mpa in all sizes. Connection with pressure up to 5 Mpa is possible.
■ Modular end construction to support broad choice of end configurations such as optional 24° cone (Bulkhead) - DIN 2353, Male BSPP - DIN 3852-B with DIN 60° cone and so on.
■ A threaded valve retainer provides a valves stop that assures positive valve alignment.
