Features

■ Available body sizes 1/4” thru 1-1/2" (DN 6.3 thru 40).
■ High working pressures 400-550 bar range based on size.
■ Connects and disconnects by hand up to residual pressure 300 bar. Low force required for connection.
■ Flat face design eliminates spillage when disconnection. Threaded locking style avoids brinelling & premature leakage.
■ High impulse resistance exceeds 1,000,000 cycles.

Applications

The FFT series got flat face design which eliminates spillage during connection and disconnection, and avoids dirt into the circuit. More important, FFT series is a thread-lock type coupling with more safety and reliablity than ball-lock design connections, especially for critical and strong hydraulic applications. FFT series can connect and disconnect under residual pressure for hydraulic circuit applications with high pressure impulses, such as drilling rigs, oilfield services, drilling equipment, cranes, hammer, most heavy-duty construction Equipment, oil & gas and mining applications.
