Features
  1. Manual operation. sizes and end configurations to cope with diversified applications and operating situations. Available in various standard body materials like 303 stainless steel, brass and nickel-plated steel.
  2. Applicable Fluids - Air, Gas, Steam, Water, Chemical, Hydraulic Oil, also suitable for high viscosity fluids (such as grease).
  3. Valveless construction drastically saves pressure loss and achieves high flow rate.
  4. The smooth, open bore with no valving in either half offers minimal pressure drop and allows easy cleaning in applications where the same lines are used for more than one media.
  5. couplers and nipples are machined from solid barstock, providing a quality coupling that is durable.
  6. The ball locking grooves of the steel nipples are case hardened for resistance to brinelling where high cycle rates and pressure surges are encountered.

Applications

The TSP Series are designed valveless couplings for use where maximum flow/minimum pressure drop is required owe to their smooth, open bore. So it is ideal for use on high-pressure water wash and steam washers, carpet cleaners and mold coolant lines and also many other valveless applications such as flood processing, on fluid and dye transfer lines.
